1. Who you are contracting with

2. The service
Hits Builder is a credit-based tool: writing lyrics, editing them, mastering audio in the Studio, and creating virtual artists each consume credits from your balance. Credits come from your plan's monthly allowance (Free Trial, Creator, Pro, Label) and, where enabled, credit packs you purchase separately.
If a job fails before it delivers a usable result, the credits it would have cost are refunded automatically to your balance — you do not need to ask. Credits already spent on a job that completed successfully are not refunded in cash or by any other means: the automatic credit refund on failure described above is the only refund mechanism we offer for credits.
3. Plans, prices and billing
Prices shown on the site are in euro and include VAT. The VAT actually applied depends on where you are and, for businesses, on the VAT number you enter at checkout; the total you pay is the price shown.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
A plan renews automatically — every month, or every year if you chose the annual option — until you cancel it. Each renewal opens a new allowance of monthly credits. Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next period. Credits from packs you bought separately do not expire for as long as your plan is active.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again. We do not pro-rate or refund the period in progress.
5. Refunds, and what happens to your credits
If we refund a payment, the credits that payment had added are removed from your balance. If you have already spent them, your balance goes negative by the difference and you will not be able to start new jobs until you top it up. This is deliberate: a refund returns the money, so it also returns what the money bought.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. Because Hits Builder starts working the moment you use it, if you ask us to begin during that period and then withdraw, we may keep an amount proportionate to what you have already used.
6. Your account
You need a verified email address and a password to use Hits Builder. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for the activity that happens on your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is being used to abuse the service, evade its limits, or violate these terms.
7. Content you upload — you must own the rights
When you upload an MP3, WAV, or image to Hits Builder, you confirm that you own the rights to it or otherwise have permission to use it — for example, an audio render created with your own SUNO account, or a photo you took or are licensed to use. Hits Builder processes what you upload (mastering and mixing) on your behalf; we do not publish, sell, or otherwise distribute your uploaded files to anyone else.
8. Lyrics and other generated content
Lyrics, prompts, and other text produced through Hits Builder belong to you. Keep in mind that this content is generated by language models: it can contain mistakes, unintended similarity to existing works, or claims that are not true. Review it before you publish it or submit it anywhere, including to SUNO or a rights-collection body.
9. Prohibited content
Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to use — including audio or images belonging to other people or artists that you are not authorized to process.
10. Limitation of liability
Hits Builder is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses related to content you generate, process, or publish. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use Hits Builder after a change means you accept the update.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Naples, Italy have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, nor of the right to bring a claim before the courts of that country.
